This website is run by MORA LONDON.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, your WhatsApp or phone number, when you need a room and, if you add it, the area you prefer.

How we use it

We use these details only to contact you about a room. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who ask us for a room.

How it reaches us

The form sends your details by email to our team, through our web host. If you message us yourself on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiry details within 12 months unless you become a tenant, in which case we keep the records the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your details. Message us on WhatsApp to do so. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
